Note: Tee time requests that include GUESTS, must be submitted on the paper slips and not on the telephone system.
First Time Users:
Upon connection to the phone system, Press 1 (Request or Verify).
Enter your Member Number.
Press 3 to record your name or to change the volume or speed
of the recordings.
Tee times are assigned by a Lottery that is
four days in advance of the date of play. You are allowed to request tee times up to and
including 14 (fourteen) days in advance of the
date of play, if by phone.
Paper slips are allowed only 7 days in advance.
To Request a Reservation
Make connection and Press 1 (Request or Verify).
Enter your Member Number.
Press 1 to make a request.
Select the day of the week you want to play:
(Mon=1, Tues=2, Wed=3, Thurs=4, Fri=5, Sat=6, Sun=7)
Press 1 for the upcoming week or 2 for the week following.
Select the course (you may select up to 3 in the order of
preference).
(Pebblebrook=1, Trail Ridge=2, Deer Valley=3, Grandview=4, Echo
Mesa=5, Stardust=6, Desert Trails=7)
Including yourself, enter the number of players in your group.
Press 1 for 18 hole play or press 2 for 9 hole play.
Enter the Member numbers of the other players in your group
NO GUESTS.
Enter the tee time preference; then press 1 for earlier than
your preferred time and 2 for later.
After request is repeated Press 1 if correct or Press * to
ignore this request and enter an additional request.
To Verify or Cancel a Reservation
Make connection and Press 1 (Request or Verify).
Enter Member Number.
Press 2 to Verify or Cancel your reservation.
Press # to verify all reservations you have been assigned.
To cancel a reservation: Enter the requested day you wish to
cancel.
Enter for this coming week or the following week.
Press 2 to cancel this request or Press 1 to leave the request
unchanged.
Press 2 to verify that you want to cancel this request or Press 1
to leave the request unchanged.
You may then request additional tee times, verify or cancel other
requests.
