The Association's
golf courses include four regulation-length courses and three executive
length (Par 60) golf courses. Residents may play any course at any time.
Reservation requests are processed by a Computer Reservation System that
assigns available tee times on an equitable basis. Golf carts are available
for rental but many golfers have their own carts, which double as a means
of transportation in the community.
Golf fees
are among the lowest in Arizona. Single round golf fees are preferred by
the occasional golfer. Frequent golfers can purchase an annual Greens
Permit. This Permit costs $725 a year and offers an unlimited number
of rounds of golf on all of our 7 resident-owned courses. There
is a surcharge of $3 per round. Daily use fees for residents
range from $9 in the summer up to $19 in the winter months (October through
April). A golf trail fee of $165 per year is assessed if residents
use their own golf carts.
The community has two additional regulation golf
courses available to residents. BRIARWOOD is a private country
club with dining facilities, a swimming pool, and tennis courts in addition
to it's excellent golf course. Social as well as golf memberships are available.
HILLCREST is owned by the world-renowned John Jacobs Golf Schools.
The course has hosted Senior PGA and LPGA tour events and is open to the
public.
